- Customers will be responsible for informing the course leader in advance of the event of any allergies.
- Our team are trained on allergen awareness.
Handling & Cross-Contamination Prevention
- Ingredients containing allergens will be stored separately from allergen-free ingredients.
- Separate utensils, gloves, and preparation areas will be used where possible for allergen-friendly options.
- Staff will wash hands and change gloves between handling different food types.
- Efforts will be made to minimise cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Allergen-Free & Special Requests
- While we may offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or other allergen-friendly options, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contact.
- Guests with severe allergies are advised to assess their risk before consuming food at the event.
Emergency Procedures
- Staff will be briefed on recognising allergic reactions and responding appropriately.
- In case of a severe reaction, staff will seek medical assistance immediately (e.g., calling 999 if necessary).
- Customers will be responsible for carrying apppropriate medication for their allergy.
