Cancellations/refunds/switching events/extending gift vouchers.
If applicable please use the contact form below. Please quote your booking reference, the course date and title, payment amount and what action (within the terms below) you would like us to take. We will respond asap.
Cancellation
To cancel your place/places, we require an absolute minimum of 14 days notice prior to the event date. If you cancel anytime later than this we can not guarantee that we can transfer you to another walk. This is because… once a walk is fully booked, we stop selling places on the website. Without enough notice, we can’t resell your tickets, which reduces our income for the event. Moreover, if we just move you to another event we will still be out of pocket. We are always happy for you to send someone else in your place and you can pass your ticket to them. With less than 14 days’ notice, we will try to fill your place. If successful, we will issue you a voucher of the same value, but we cannot guarantee this.
Refunds
If you cannot attend an event that you have booked onto and are able to give us the required notice, see above, Forage London will issue you a full refund (minus a £5 admin fee).
Switching Events/ Moving from one to another
This is possible in most circumstances providing we have an absolute minimum of 14 days notice, the conditions above are met and only if places are available.
Gift Vouchers
We issue a limited number of vouchers per year and are unable to extend the duration of any vouchers purchased. The voucher is valid for one year from purchase (you will need to have used it to purchase a place on an event in that time rather than actually attended the event). We suggest that you make your booking sooner rather than later to ensure places are available on the event that you wish to attend. We operate a full program throughout the year so there are always multiple events to choose from provided the recipient does not leave it until the last month to try to use their voucher.
